DEPOSIT, FEE & LEASE TERM INFORMATION: One-time Fees - Application Fee $65.00 per person 18 and over (Non-refundable)- Admin Fee $195 (Refundable within 72 hours only) Amenity Fee $10.00 per person, Security Deposit $200 to One-Months Rent -second pet - Trash Fee $13.00 a month, Pest Control Fee $4.00 a month, Required Liability Ins. $12.00 monthly or you may provide your own HO4 policy - Washer/Dryer Rental $55-65 per set depending on availability, Short term lease fees $75-125 per month depending on length if available.
